This page explains how to enjoy "IRIAM Meet & Treat," a special in-person event held by IRIAM at OffKai EXPO.
How to Participate in IRIAM Meet & Treat
From June 20th to 22nd, during OffKai EXPO, come to the "Meet & Treat" reception at the IRIAM booth to receive an exclusive event card featuring an IRIAM Streamer.
- You will receive one card chosen at random from a total of 20 designs.
- Only one card will be given per person for the entire duration of OffKai EXPO. You will use the same card on all days, so please be sure to keep it safe.
- Card distribution will end each day once the daily supply runs out.
How to Enjoy M&T
01 Register Your Card
First, register yourself as the owner of the card you received!
Scan the unique QR code on the back of your card with your smartphone. This will open a web browser where you can register the card and set your nickname and PIN.
Please Note:
- The nickname you register will be visible to the people you match with.
- Be aware that you cannot change your nickname after it has been registered.
Once registration is complete, you're all set! Put on your card and enjoy exploring the OffKai EXPO venue!
02 Find Your Match
If you find someone at the expo who has a card featuring the same Streamer as yours, it's a chance to match!
To complete a match, have the other person scan the QR code on the back of your card, and then you scan theirs. That's it—you've matched! Now, both of you can enter the lottery for a chance to win fabulous prizes.
After matching, you can celebrate your good fortune of meeting in this vast expo with a high-five, or if you both have time, you could chat for a bit or take a commemorative photo. (If you get a great picture, please post it with the hashtag #IRIAMmeets !)
You can match with as many people as you want. If you see someone with the same card, be brave and say hello. They'll surely be happy you did!
03 Daily Prize Lottery
A lottery will be held every day for each matched pair! This means the more people you match with, the higher your chances of winning.
Example of the Lottery:
Let's say Alice matches with Bob, and Alice also matches with Carol. Alice has two entries in the lottery: one with Bob and one with Carol. If the Alice & Bob pair wins the First Prize, both Alice and Bob will each receive a $100 gift card!
The lottery will be drawn every night around 9:00 PM. The results will be displayed on your personal page (the page that appears when you scan the QR code on the back of your own card).
If you win, please enter your email address on that page to claim your prize.
Bonus!
For those lucky enough to match with 5 or more people, show your match history screen at the Meet & Treat reception to receive a special IRIAM Happi coat! (Happi coats are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to those who meet the condition, while supplies last.)
Matching with a Streamer
By the way... the Streamer featured on your card has their own card, too. If you ask them during their stream or on X (formerly Twitter), you might get a chance to match with them! Look for announcements about matching on the Streamers' X accounts—that could be your chance! (This depends on the Streamer's availability, so you'll have to be lucky!)
To match with a Streamer, send them a picture of your QR code, and ask them to send their QR code back to you. You both need to scan each other's QR codes within 3 minutes, so be sure to coordinate the timing.
TIPS
- The official hashtag for both IRIAM Meet&Greet and Meet&Treat is #IRIAMmeets. You can use this hashtag at the event to find others who have the same card as you!
- When you match with someone, try taking a photo together holding your cards and post it online. The Streamer on your card would surely love to see it!
- If you run into any trouble, please come to the Meet&Treat reception at the IRIAM booth.
